We believe that any corporate change agenda must focus heavily on a robust internal communications plan from the very start. Experience consistently teaches us that it is almost impossible to over-communicate when leading change. We give our clients practical advice on how to build a communications plan, starting with a brief statement of the purpose for the change and a clear explanation of why such a change is in the interests of employees. From there, a programme of employee workshops and stakeholder interviews help us to gain clarity on key messages and the appropriate format for communicating them.  Once those messages are honed, we use all appropriate internal and external channels and forums to ensure stakeholders are kept in the loop and involved in the progress of change.
