Claire has a background in consumer marketing and brand development, spanning twenty-five years principally in the entertainment and media sectors. In the past decade, she has focused more on corporate communications, change management and brand strategy, specialising in the medium of group-based planning. Recent clients include TalkGlobal, ION, UCAS, Sift, Havas Media and HSBC. Claire also runs MasterClasses in communications skills for the AAR Group, which provides professional support and training for marketing agencies across the UK. Claire is a qualified Myers Briggs trainer, a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and an accredited facilitator through DDI (Development Dimensions International). Claire's last in-house role was as a founder Vice President of JustGive.org, the online charity portal. Previously, as Blockbuster's International Marketing Director, Claire oversaw 25 markets across Asia-Pacific, Europe and South America, and launched new markets in Hong Kong, Poland and South Africa. Prior to that, as Head of Marketing for Barnardo's, Claire was responsible for the external and internal brand repositioning of the 130-year old charity. She was a co-founder and Marketing Director of the videogames publisher Accolade Europe, which was bought by Warner Music. Her early career covered marketing roles in the record and film industries with EMI, Paramount and Universal studios.
