Juliet has over 23 years experience in marketing and communications and is known as the UK's digital industry expert with unrivalled knowledge of the agency marketplace having spent 10 years exploring it. And with 13 years spent client side (Coca-Cola, BT & Skype) and agency side (Arc – when it was IMP), she has strong business and brand understanding, strategic planning, project and stakeholder management skills. Captured simply, her approach is based on insight, clarity and connections. Juliet currently consults for both clients and agencies in the marcoms space. Most recently, she has supported Ernst & Young in their search for an agency to develop a new global creative platform. She also assists agencies on their positioning, new business approach, pitch processes and online digital strategies.
